We treat our residents like family

My husband has been in Elm House for a few years now, he has Gerstmann’s syndrome with Alzheimer’s. He is totally dependent on the carers and nurses who look after him. I cannot praise them enough for their professional conduct, humour, kindness and excellent care my husband receives.
